Will and Grace dive headfirst into the luxurious world of real estate by pretending to be a wealthy couple in search of a glamorous home. Their adventure leads them to Sandra Bernhard's upscale townhouse, where they quickly bond and even make a phony offer. However, their scheme backfires when she surprisingly agrees to their proposal. Meanwhile, Karen finds herself reluctantly attending her young stepson's swim meet, where she faces unexpected criticism from another mom for her tardiness. At the same time, Jack starts going to Co-dependents Anonymous meetings.
