Will is head over heels for his new boyfriend, Vince, and decides to gauge their relationship by introducing him to the notoriously picky Grace. However, when Grace unexpectedly ends their meeting early, Will assumes she doesn’t approve of Vince, leading him to doubt his own feelings. Meanwhile, Karen shocks Jack by announcing that after her wedding, their friendship will take a different turn, prompting him to start searching for someone to fill her shoes.
