Justin triumphs in an essay competition, earning a chance to board the S.S. Tipton and meet the glamorous London Tipton. Meanwhile, Alex forms a friendship with Bailey Pickett and employs her magical skills to sneak Harper onto the ship. In the midst of all this, Max and Zack Martin engage in a series of wild competitions against one another.
