Yamada and his friends are tasked with getting a troublesome group of first-year students, headed by Takigawa Noa, to cooperate so they can set up a yakisoba bread stall at the upcoming cultural festival. Noa, who possesses witch-like abilities, is capable of glimpsing the past of anyone she kisses, exposing their flaws. To make matters worse, she seems to have a copy of the second volume of the legendary witches' notebook, adding an extra layer of chaos to their mission!
