Gabi is overjoyed when Jake surprises her with a food truck, brushing off Josh's concerns about their missing business plan. However, as the challenges of running the food truck mount, Gabi is determined to keep Josh in the dark about their struggles. Once the reality is revealed, Josh must decide whether to prioritize Gabi's happiness or risk pushing away the two people he cares about most. Meanwhile, Elliott and Alan seek Rabbi Shapiro's (Joel Books) approval for their wedding, but he isn’t impressed with what he sees. At the reception, Sofia and Yolanda each find unexpected romantic sparks.
