Wally West is on the verge of realizing his birthday dream of joining the Justice League in battle. However, much to his disappointment, Kid Flash is reassigned from the mission and given a mundane delivery task instead. As he embarks on this seemingly simple errand, Wally is unexpectedly met with a series of deadly surprises that put his skills to the test.
