In his quest to strengthen Sohoku, Naruko finds himself in Osaka, where he is confronted by Midousuji, the star racer from Kyoto Fushimi. Midousuji challenges him to a race, claiming it’s for “something important.” The two are ready to engage in a fierce competition for pride!
