As a child, Finn grew up in a rundown area notorious for its garbage dumps. One day, his brother gifts him an older version of Deco, hoping it will be more manageable for Finn, who suffers from Deco-Sickness. While using it, Finn stumbles upon a critical issue: the local purification systems are malfunctioning. Convinced that this is the reason for the pollution in his home, he tries to submit a request to the customer center for repairs. However, since he isn't a registered citizen, his attempt is flagged as unauthorized, leaving his plea unaddressed.
