Plot
In A Chinese Ghost Story III, a century has passed since the original tale. Buddhist monk Bai Yun, along with his devoted disciple Fong, travels to a quaint town tasked with delivering a precious golden Buddha idol. Their mission takes a dangerous turn when they encounter local bandits who disrupt their plans. In need of refuge, they seek safety in the eerie confines of the Orchid Temple, where supernatural forces await, complicating their quest and testing their faith.
