Plot

Neil, a surly home-security specialist, finds himself in constant conflict with his neighbor Scott, whose year-round Christmas lights drive him crazy. Their rivalry reaches a peak when Neil accidentally causes a blackout on Christmas Eve. Just as the neighborhood settles into darkness, a local crime family targets the street for a robbery spree. Faced with a common enemy, Neil and Scott must put aside their grievances and unite to protect their homes and community from the impending heist.
