Santa Claus finds himself on the run from a group of knife-wielding youths, weaving through the daily complexities of Palestinian life in Israel. Set against the backdrop of Nazareth and the Al-Ram checkpoint in East Jerusalem, the film presents a series of vignettes—some humorous, others surreal, and a few steeped in myth. A routine mail check leads to a heart attack, prompting a son's hospital visit. Meanwhile, he shares tender moments with a woman at the checkpoint, who boldly confronts soldiers. Amidst floating red balloons and neighbors tossing refuse, life carries on, until it suddenly doesn't.
