Cancer specialist Dr. Michael Durant finds himself emotionally invested in young Sam, a seven-year-old battling the disease. Fueled by desperation, Durant is willing to go to great lengths to save the child's life. A mysterious Nigerian nurse introduces him to Dr. Bello, an unlicensed physician revered in the Brooklyn-African community for his purported healing abilities. As Durant navigates this unorthodox path, he must confront ethical dilemmas and the limits of hope in a quest for a miracle that could change everything for Sam.
