Plot

Dare and Roost, brothers raised in a reformatory, navigate life in West Los Angeles, each coping in their own way. Dare works as a detective, driven by a fixation on a shadowy criminal named Winky, while Roost immerses himself in classic John Wayne films, preferring a more reclusive lifestyle. As Dare cleans up the streets, he finds himself in a tense race against Detective Robert Morrison, who is also pursuing Winky. As the brothers delve deeper into their investigation, they face harrowing choices that will test their bond and lead to life-altering consequences.
