During the late 1800s, Eadweard Muybridge, a pioneer of motion photography, dedicates himself to capturing the essence of movement in life. His ambitious endeavor, however, is overshadowed by his intense jealousy towards his stunning young wife, Flora. As he delves deeper into his work, insecurities about her loyalty spiral into paranoia, further fueled by doubts regarding the true parentage of their son.
