Fifteen-year-old Eddie faces a daunting challenge when a tragic car accident leaves his mother critically ill. With his brother Stewart, they must fend for themselves, struggling through a cold night without food or electricity. In a desperate dream, Eddie encounters his mother, who urges him to seek an angel's halo to restore her health. As Christmas approaches, the weight of this quest presses on Eddie.
