Plot

Five years post-conflict between the Sanno and Hanabishi crime syndicates, ex-yakuza leader Otomo has taken refuge in South Korea, working for the influential fixer Mr. Chang. However, when a rift develops between Chang and the Hanabishi, putting Chang’s life at risk, Otomo is drawn back to Japan. Determined to resolve the escalating tensions and protect his ally, he prepares for a decisive confrontation, reigniting old rivalries and testing his loyalty in the volatile world of organized crime.
