In Nick Whitfield's darkly comedic indie, two quirky "exorcists," played by Ed Gaughan and Andrew Buckley, possess a unique ability to extract people's hidden truths. They take on a case involving a distressed mother, portrayed by Paprika Steen, whose daughter, Tuppence Middleton, is mute, and whose husband has vanished. As the duo delves deeper into their unorthodox mission, they encounter the enigmatic Colonel, played by Jason Isaacs, who manipulates events from the shadows, complicating their task and revealing unsettling secrets along the way.
