Plot

When crime lord Mr. Li eliminates three DEA agents, the agency turns to skilled New York cop Tyler Wilson for help. Known for his martial arts expertise, Wilson is dispatched undercover to Toronto, where he joins forces with Canadian vice officer Michael Reeds. Together, they aim to penetrate Li's criminal organization by participating in a martial arts tournament that attracts the boss's attention. As they navigate the dangerous world of the gang, Wilson and Reeds must rely on their combat skills and wits to bring down Li from the inside.
