Damien and Nadia, both 34, move from Paris to the countryside with their 8-year-old daughter, Chloé. Damien, a graphic designer, has secured a telecommuting position to support Nadia, who has just accepted a job at the Rivière Research Institute, where her friend Marion is employed. With another child on the way, the family seems to be starting a promising new chapter. However, lurking beneath this facade of happiness is a sinister force that threatens to unravel their seemingly idyllic life.
