Plot
Chaos erupts on Tokyo's Rainbow Bridge as the stolen fighter helicopter, Gray Ghost, launches a surprise attack. Just 48 hours prior, the aircraft was taken by a group loyal to Yukihito Tsuge, who had attempted a coup in Tokyo over a decade ago. Keiji Gotoda, head of Special Vehicle Section 2, is determined to thwart the terrorists and restore order. As he navigates the challenges posed by Tsuge's followers, Gotoda races against time to prevent further destruction and safeguard the city.
