Chihayafuru (2011)

Chihaya Ayase has devoted years to promoting her sister's modeling career, but everything changes when she encounters Arata Wataya, who recognizes her talent for karuta. Inspired by his encouragement, Chihaya aspires to become Japan's top karuta player. However, her journey leads to a separation from her fellow players. Now a high school student, she continues to pursue her passion for karuta, holding onto the hope of reuniting with her friends and rekindling their shared love for the game.
