Dali Delico, a distinguished member of the Blood Pact Council, represents a prominent noble lineage among the Vamps. However, he shockingly turns down a critical mission assigned by the council. As the investigation into a series of enigmatic murders intensifies, council members Gerhard, Dino, and Henrique approach Dali to persuade him to change his mind.
