Overview

After abandoning his roots, a washed-up former major league baseball player finds himself back in his hometown, taking a job as a physical education teacher at the middle school he once attended. Struggling to adapt to his new role, he grapples with memories of his glory days while trying to connect with the students and rekindle relationships from his past. As he navigates the challenges of his second chance at life, his brash personality and relentless pursuit of redemption lead to hilarious and often uncomfortable situations.
