Ryan King, a sports talk radio host grappling with the recent death of his wife, is eager to resume his career. However, his domineering boss, Stephen, insists he first attend grief counseling. Initially resistant, Ryan joins a quirky support group for those navigating life changes, where he encounters a diverse array of individuals, each facing their own struggles with grief and loss. Through these encounters, Ryan begins to confront his own feelings and ultimately finds a path toward healing amid the unconventional camaraderie of his new friends.
