
How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift? (2019)
Hibiki Sakura, a typical high school student with a hearty appetite, starts to notice her clothes fitting more snugly due to her growing waistline. Determined to make a change, she considers joining a local gym. At the gym, she encounters her classmate Souryuuin Akemi, who is enthusiastic about fitness and eager to persuade Hibiki to join, despite the intimidating presence of muscular men. Their journey takes a turn when the charming trainer Machio unintentionally inspires Hibiki to commit to her fitness goals and embark on a transformation toward a healthier lifestyle.
