Mamoru Endou, an optimistic goalkeeper at Raimon Junior High, faces a crisis as his soccer team teeters on the brink of disbandment due to Natsumi's ultimatum. To save the club, they must pull off an improbable victory against Teikoku Gakuen, the top team in Japan. Determined to turn the tide, Mamoru recruits four additional players to bolster their ranks.
