Merrily Watkins, a country vicar and one of the rare female priests specializing in exorcism, faces a chilling challenge when a murder by crucifixion occurs in her community. The police, recognizing her expertise in the supernatural realm, enlist her help to unravel the mystery. As she delves deeper, Merrily becomes increasingly convinced that Satanic forces are at play, leading her into a perilous and shadowy underworld.
