Plot

Richard Gaddis seeks a skilled partner for elaborate cons and chooses Rodrigo, a smooth-talking criminal with an unyielding poker face. Together, they devise an ambitious scheme to sell a counterfeit Silver Certificate to wealthy collector William Hannigan. As Rodrigo grapples with skepticism about Gaddis, he also wrestles with his growing feelings for Valerie, Gaddis' sister.
