Plot

Fraternity pledges devise a scheme to abduct Eddie Pain, the charismatic leader of anti-nuclear mutant activists suffering from toxic exposure. However, their plan spirals out of control when Eddie is accidentally killed by one of his own guards. Suddenly, the pledges find themselves wrongfully accused of murder and hunted across the city. As they navigate a chaotic urban landscape, they must outrun both the authorities and Eddie's vengeful allies, exposing the dark underbelly of their actions and the consequences of their reckless ambitions.
