Plot
In "Spy Hard," the nefarious General Rancor plots to conquer the globe, but only one hero stands in his way: Dick Steele, aka Agent WD-40. Rancor's scheme hinges on acquiring a crucial computer circuit for a missile launch, prompting Steele to join forces with Veronique Ukrinsky, a KGB agent whose father is the circuit's creator. The duo embarks on a mission to track down Rancor's lair, where Veronique's father and multiple captives are being held captive. Together, they must thwart Rancor's dangerous ambitions and rescue the hostages before it's too late.
