Plot

In "The Devil's Own," Frankie McGuire, a lethal assassin for the IRA, inadvertently entangles an American family in the chaos of his violent life. Sent to the United States to procure weapons, Frankie stays with Tom O'Meara, a New York police officer unaware of Frankie's true nature. As their unexpected bond deepens, Tom begins to sense something amiss, pushing Frankie to confront a critical dilemma: embrace the hope for a peaceful future or remain entrenched in a cycle of violence and death.
